Adepture’s founder, Elsie Liow, won the WEA Award for the 2nd time!
On July 25, 2023, Ms. Elsie Liow, the founder of Adepture Consulting, was invited to attend the Singapore Women Entrepreneur Awards (WEA) award ceremony and was awarded the 2023 Singapore Award Special Award for “Perseverance” of Female Entrepreneurs “Phoenix Award”.

The Singapore Women Entrepreneur Awards were established in 2016 to recognize the entrepreneurial spirit of local women in Singapore.
The award ceremony for the year 2023 marks the first resumption since 2019 after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic.
The recipients come from various fields, including real estate, media, catering, technology, and more. Elsie Liow is the only female CEO, in an asset management consulting company in Singapore, to have won the award for three consecutive sessions.

This time, 80 female entrepreneurs were nominated by the organizing committee, of which 17 received commendations, and only 5 won the Phoenix Award.
The Phoenix Award was a special award given last year to recognize female entrepreneurs who fearlessly faced the pandemic, bravely moved forward, and grew stronger through challenges.

One out of every eight companies in Singapore is led by a woman.
According to data provided by the Singapore Minister for Trade and Industry and the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, Ms Liew Yen Ling: One out of every eight enterprises in Singapore has a female CEO, which is the highest ratio globally.
This reflects Singapore’s strong emphasis on enhancing the status of women, allowing women to fully realize their self-worth through equal opportunities regardless of gender, according to their own desires.
According to the United Nations “Human Development Report 2021-22,” Singapore ranks 12th among 162 countries in the Gender Equality Index.

Founder of Adepture Consulting: Elsie Liow
Elsie Liow is a native Singaporean who graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
At 26, she founded her first company in Singapore and quickly expanded to 14 branches worldwide, with multiple offices in China and up to 270 employees. She personally experienced the corporate acquisition of the American company CIBT in 2013.
Adepture Consulting is a multinational asset management consultancy that Elsie Liow founded after consolidating over 20 years of hands-on experience in asset management, specifically catering to high-net-worth individuals.
