• Parents of citizens or PRs
• Common-law spouses and handicapped children of EP/S Pass holders
• Graduates from Singapore institutes seeking work
• Parent/grandparent of a student pass holder

Key Features
• Issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)
• Allows extended legal stay (often up to 1–2 years per pass)
• Holder cannot work by default — work requires separate approval such as a Letter of Consent (LOC) or work pass
• Can be renewed subject to eligibility and ongoing sponsorship

Singapore Dependant’s Pass (DP)

• Unmarried children under 21 of eligible work pass holders
• Eligibility extends to ONE Pass, PEP, and Tech.Pass holders as well as EP/ S Pass holders

• Issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Tied to the validity of the main applicant’s work pass and renewed in tandem
• Spouses may legally work upon successful application for a Letter of Consent (LOC) (no separate work visa required)
• Children may enroll in local and international schools with same residency status
