The overall processing cost is approximately 450,000 RMB. In about a year and a half, you can obtain a 2-3 year work visa. After landing, the entire family can enjoy local free medical care, and children can avail of free public education. After running the business for at least half a year, you can apply for permanent residency. Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Immigration has low application thresholds, no language or education requirements, flexible explanations for the source of funds, no personal tax requirements, and simple conditions for permanent residency conversion. There are no turnover requirements for small city investments.
Application Requirements:
Family Net Assets: The net assets under the name of the main applicant or both spouses must be at least 500,000 CAD.
Management Experience: At least three years of shareholder or individual holding management experience in the past ten years (we do not consider executive scores that are insufficient).
EOI Scoring System: The EOI score should be 100 points or above (provide IELTS scores if additional points are required).
Entrepreneurship Requirements: Invest at least 300,000 CAD in Saskatoon or Regina, or invest at least 200,000 CAD in other regions of Saskatchewan. If investing in Regina or Saskatoon, create at least two job opportunities for Canadian residents or permanent residents (non-relative relationships). There are no employee requirements for entrepreneurship in small cities.
Exemption from Business Examination Submission Requirements: Only new businesses in large cities can be selected.
Application Process:

Visa Application: Apply for a Canadian business visa.
Business Examination: Visit Saskatchewan for a business examination.
Apply for EOI: Submit Saskatchewan EOI online.
Positive Review Notification: Receive a positive review notification (ISA) from the immigration office.
Formal Application: Prepare formal application documents and submit them, along with a application fee of 2,500 CAD.
Receive Pre-Signing Letter: Obtain a pre-signing letter for the work visa from the Saskatchewan immigration office.
Apply for Work Visa: Apply for a Canadian work visa from the federal government.
