Singapore Business Licensing

Certain industries in Singapore require regulatory approval before businesses can operate. Our team assists companies in identifying the necessary licences, preparing applications, and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Operating in regulated sectors without the required licence may lead to severe penalties under Singapore law, including substantial financial fines, suspension of operations, or imprisonment. Depending on the industry and applicable legislation, penalties may reach fines of up to S$500,000 and imprisonment of up to 5 years.

Early licensing and regulatory compliance are therefore essential for businesses intending to operate within Singapore’s regulated industries.
