Key Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum fixed monthly salary: S$5,600 (S$6,200 for finance), higher for senior candidates
- Recognised university degree (verification required)
- Job posted on MyCareersFuture.sg for 14 days unless exempt
- COMPASS score ≥ 40, considering salary, qualifications, company diversity, and local workforce support
COMPASS Applicability
- Mandatory for new applications from Sept 2023 and renewals from Sept 2024
- Exempt if salary ≥ S$22,500 or intra-company transferee
Visa Validity
Initial approval: up to 2 years; each renewal: up to 3 years.
Renewal Requirements
Must continue to meet salary, job role, and local employment support criteria under the COMPASS framework. From September 2025 onward, COMPASS also applies to EP renewals.
