Application Requirements：

1. The main applicant must be at least 18 years old.
2. No criminal record.
3. Investment requirements (choose one):

1. Donation Programme: Donation of USD150,000 to the governments National Transformation Fund (NTF) for single applicant.
   • family of up to four people: USD200,000
   • family of up 5 members or more: USD25,000 per person
   • include parents/grandparents under the age of 55: USD50,000 per person
   • unmarried siblings above 18 years old: USD75,000 per person
   • Equity mode: Purchase a Grenada government-approved real estate project for USD $220,000.
2. Real estate option: Purchase of at least USD220,000 from a government approved real estate project.

*No first landing nor residency requirements needed

Application Process：

1. Collect documents and arrange for the applicant’s preliminary background check.
2. After preparing and organizing the complete set of documents, submit them to the Grenadian lawyer.
3. The bank conducts an initial background check on the applicant and, upon approval, submits the information to the lawyer.
4. The immigration office reviews the complete set of documents and issues a preliminary approval.
5. Upon receiving the preliminary approval, the client has 30 days to arrange the investment.
6. Confirm the receipt of funds and provide proof of the transaction.
7. Complete the oath and signature, submit to the immigration office.
8. The immigration office produces the passport and citizenship certificate, sending the original documents directly to the applicant.

The period is 3-7 months
