Application Requirements：

Applicants need to meet at least three of the following six criteria:

1. Have received official academic recognition from colleges, universities, or other educational/training institutions in their respective fields.
2. Possess more than ten years of full-time work experience in their professional field, usually requiring proof from former and current employers.
3. Hold professional licenses in the relevant field.
4. Provide evidence of receiving a salary or other compensation due to outstanding ability.
5. Membership proof in professional associations.
6. Recognition and significant contributions in their field, supported by evidence from colleagues, government agencies, professional or business organizations.

Application Process:

1. Develop a personalized plan and prepare a complete set of documents for you.
2. Submit the entire set of documents to the immigration office, with a processing time of 6-12 months.
3. Receive I-140 approval.
4. Choose to adjust status domestically, and documents will be transferred to the visa center (NVC) and then to the consulate.
5. Primary screening for major communicable diseases, with four designated medical examination hospitals in China.
6. All immigration visa interviews take place at the Consulate General in Guangzhou.
7. Obtain the visa-stamped passport and landing paper, required to enter the United States within the visa’s validity period, typically within 6 months.
8. After arrival, you can choose a new Green Card delivery address, and the Green Card will be mailed to the client within 1-2 months.

The processing time is 1 – 2.5 years
