Application Requirements：

The O1 visa, also known as the Outstanding Talent Visa, has naturally higher application standards. You need to prove that you are a top talent in your field. 

• O-1A: Individuals with an extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, or athletics (not including the arts, motion pictures or television industry);
• O-1B: Individuals with an extraordinary ability in the arts or extraordinary achievement in motion picture or television industry;

You can apply if you meet any three of the following conditions:

1. Have received national-level awards or relatively less influential international-level awards.
2. Be a member of a renowned group recognized by international or national-level experts.
3. Have had relevant coverage in renowned publications or media about the applicant and their work results.
4. Have served as a judge for the works of others in the field.
5. Have made significant contributions scientifically, academically, or in business within the field.
6. Have published articles in professional journals or significant media.
7. Have participated in performances at events organized by renowned organizations.
8. Compared to the industry, receive a higher salary for the related work.
