Eligibility Criteria (GEP & ASMTP)

• There are no security concerns or records of serious criminal activity associated with the applicant.
• The applicant possesses a strong educational background, typically with a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. However, in special circumstances, exceptional technical qualifications, demonstrated professional abilities, or relevant experience and achievements supported by documentation may also be considered.
• A genuine job vacancy exists.
• The applicant has received a confirmed offer of employment and is engaged in a position aligned with their academic qualifications or professional experience, which cannot readily be filled by the local workforce.
• The compensation package, encompassing salary, housing, medical benefits, and other perks, is in line with prevailing market standards for professionals in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Application Process:

1. Free evaluation of client’s eligibility and provision of tailored solutions based on client’s circumstances.
2. Upon client’s signing of the contract, immediate establishment of a dedicated team and arrangement of experienced consultants to provide personalized document checklist to guide client in preparing application materials.
3. Upon completion of document preparation, thorough review to ensure accuracy before submission to the Immigration Department for review of client’s documents.
4. Upon receipt of applicant’s documents, the Immigration Department will issue an acknowledgment letter to the applicant, indicating receipt of documents and scheduling of review. A supplementary document request may also be issued simultaneously.
5. Upon successful completion of Immigration Department review, approval letter will be issued.
