Applicants must fulfill one of the following conditions:

• Earned a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000, for the last 12 consecutive months. Overseas applicants must also demostrate that they have been employed for 12 consecutive months by a reputable overseas company (with a market capitalization or valuation of at least USD 500 million or an annual revenue of at least USD 200 million) prior to the application date.
• Will earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$30,000 under an established company that is based in Singapore

Qualifying through outstanding achievements:

You may apply without meeting the salary criteria if you have outstanding achievements in at least one of the areas below:

• Sports
• Arts and culture
• Academia and research

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant authorities in Singapore will conduct a comprehensive review of the applicant’s work and significant achievements on a case-by-case basis.
