Singapore offers two elite visa options for top-tier professionals: the ONE Pass and the Personalised Employment Pass (PEP). Both are premium, flexible work passes designed for senior global talent, recognising the individual rather than tying them to a single employer. The ONE Pass targets internationally recognised achievers operating at a global level, while the PEP is aimed at high-earning executives seeking career mobility within Singapore. In essence: one is built around global stature, the other around executive flexibility.

Who Can Apply ONEPass?
You may qualify if you:
• Earn a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 30,000, or
OR
• Demonstrate outstanding achievements in arts and culture, sports, academia and research
Recent employment with a leading global company or a strong entrepreneurial track record is preferred.
Currently, eligible global founders can also apply for ONEPass
PEP Application Requirements
- Minimum fixed monthly salary of S$22,500 (applicants must have earned this salary within the last 6 months)
- Strong professional track record and relevant qualifications
- Currently employed or recently employed at a senior/executive level
- Not available for freelancers or sole proprietors
- Valid for 3 years, non-renewable
PEP Ineligible Roles & Key Notes
- Ineligible roles: Freelancers, sole proprietors, low-skilled or non-professional jobs (e.g., general editors, journalists, admin, retail, food service)
- Salary requirement: Minimum fixed monthly salary of S$22,500 in the past 6 months
- Employment status: Senior-level, stable, high-income positions only
- Job flexibility: Allowed with mandatory MOM notification within 7 days
- Unemployment: Up to 6 months allowed, beyond which pass must be cancelled
- No self-employment or company ownership: Use EntrePass for business activities
