Application Requirements：

Family members: Main applicant, spouse, children under 18, unmarried children aged 18-25 who are full-time students, parents and grandparents aged 65 and above for both main and secondary applicants, secondary applicants under 25 with no marital history, no children, and economically dependent on the main applicant.

1. The main applicant must be at least 18 years old.
2. No criminal record.
3. Investment options (choose one):

• • Purchase of real estate investment of USD$400,000
  • Government donation of USD$250,000 to the Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)

*No first landing nor residency requirements needed

Application Process:

1. Sign the service agreement and initiate the service.
2. Collect immigration application documents.
3. Arrange for the translation and notarization of immigration materials.
4. The lawyer reviews the complete set of immigration documents before submitting them to the immigration department.
5. Receive the principal approval from the immigration department.
6. For real estate investment: The client transfers the government application fee and the remaining payment for the property to the respective escrow account. For donation: The client wires the donation fee to the government account of St. Kitts.
7. Receive the original certificate of citizenship and passport.

The processing time is 6-8 months
