Application Criteria:

No educational requirement, the contract can be signed with the fulfillment of three of the following conditions:

1. At least 2 national or international awards.
2. Membership in at least 2 national or international associations.
3. Personal interviews with at least 2 national or international mainstream media.
4. Experience in at least 2 national or international journal reviews, competition judging, or conference speaker roles.
5. At least 2 original contributions (applied patents, implemented industry standards, completed research projects).
6. Published at least 5 papers in national or international academic journals with over 100 citations.
7. Participation in at least 2 national or international art exhibitions.
8. Holding important positions in well-known enterprises or institutions in the industry.
9. Annual income of over one million.
10. Commercial revenue of over one million from artistic works.

Application Process:

1. Developing a personalized plan, preparing a complete set of documents for you.
2. Submitting the entire set of documents to the immigration office, expedited processing within 15 working days, normal processing takes 6-12 months.
3. Receiving I-140 approval.
4. Submitting to the National Visa Center (NVC) if choosing domestic status adjustment, where documents will be transferred to the visa center (NVC) and then to the consulate.
5. Primary screening for major communicable diseases, with four designated medical examination hospitals in China.
6. All immigration visa interviews take place at the Consulate General in Guangzhou.
7. Obtaining the visa-stamped passport and landing paper, required to enter the United States within the visa’s validity period, typically within 6 months.
8. After arrival, the client can choose a new Green Card delivery address, and the Green Card will be mailed to the client within 1-2 months.

The processing time is 2-3 years.
